Asia, home to 60% of the global population, is characterized by its diverse ethnic groups, varied geographical landscapes, rich historical and cultural heritage, and dynamic economic development. Against this backdrop, urban development in the region is brimming with immense potential and rich diversity.To further encourage and promote the development of these diverse cities, the conference has established the Region Smart City Awards as the relevant award.

The award is designed to set benchmarks for urban development in Asia by identifying and recognizing outstanding leaders, enterprises, products and projects. By sharing their successful experiences, case studies, and insights, we aim to connect the challenges of urban development with corporate solutions, foster substantive cooperation between governments and businesses, and drive the intelligent transformation of Asian cities in the fields of digitalization, green low-carbon development, and sustainability.
